My art features African American women from the 1700's through early 1900's in Fabric. I created this style of art back in 2009 when I was first introduced to collaged fabric art. I have since been published in several magazines, blogs and websites and I am truly blessed by all the love I receive from my blog land friends.... (I love you guys too!)
I have written my first craft book which features my art, as well as tips and tutorials for creating beautiful pieces of your own. There is information about my book in the sidebar :-).

Hi Lovey, Your studio is such an inspiration as well as you are. Thanks for all your help with me in selecting my new printer, I love it, just wonderful. I'm slowly getting more organized as you could see. It only took a year and things still need to be labels in the drawers. slowly but surely. Oh and after looking at your wonderful space I'm making not to self to get me a couple of the wire houses from Target, so cool. I saw them but was in a hurry, hope they still have them. Hello dear, I remember seeing your space last year and what a treat it was then as it is now. Such a lovely space, it feels so warm and welcoming.
